3. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

4. Email sending (Resend)

We use the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA) to send emails from the contact form. Resend processes your data as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is not used by Resend for its own purposes. More information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Web hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, connection data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) is automatically logged. Vercel processes this data as a data processor. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

6. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

7. Retention period

Contact enquiries are stored only as long as necessary to process the enquiry, and are then deleted.
